Two people, same weight, completely different bodies.
What actually changes when you train and eat better is the ratio of fat to muscle — and a basic scale can't tell you which way it's going.
See what's really changing
Body fat %, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat and more — so a week where the number doesn't budge still shows you the progress underneath.
The trend is the win
Every step-on lands in the app and builds a line you can actually read. Watching that line move is what keeps people going, far more than a single morning number.
A weigh-in you don't dread
Pick one of 7 LED colours from your phone and the rings glow under the tempered glass. It's a small thing that makes a daily habit feel good.
Step on. See your whole body.
Weight is one number. This reads your full composition in about ten seconds and sends it to your phone. Press the button — and pick your colour.
Demo with sample data, shown for illustration. Like all bioelectrical-impedance (BIA) scales, readings are estimates designed for tracking your own trend over time — not a medical or lab-grade measurement. Not recommended for people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or during pregnancy.
Ten seconds, barefoot.
No buttons, no setup ritual — just step on and let it do the reading.
Download the free app, pair over Bluetooth and create a profile for each person.
Barefoot, both feet on the four metal sensors — that contact is what lets it read.
Your weight lights up on the glass while the full composition goes to your phone.
The app charts every metric over time, per person, so you can see the direction.
Seven colours, glowing under glass.
One scale, the whole household
How accurate is it, really?
The honest answer — because it's the question everyone asks about this category.
Built for your trend, not for a lab report
This is a bioelectrical impedance (BIA) scale, like every home body-fat scale. It sends a tiny signal through your body and estimates composition from it. No home scale — at any price — matches a DEXA or InBody scan for absolute accuracy. What a good BIA scale does brilliantly is stay consistent: measure at the same time each morning, barefoot, before food or drinks and not straight after a workout, and the direction of your trend line is genuinely reliable. That's the number that actually changes behaviour.

Because BIA scales pass a small electrical signal through the body, they are not recommended for people with a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic medical device, or during pregnancy. This scale is a wellness and fitness tracking tool, not a medical device: it doesn't diagnose anything, and it isn't a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor about the numbers that matter for you.
“It tells you way more than just your weight.”
“The trends in the app are really visible and easy to see. It showed me there was progress — that actually kept me going.”
“My wife and I both have profiles and it knows who's on it. My old scale only gave me one number and it was always off.”
“Honestly bought it for the glow and stayed for the data. It looks great in the bathroom.”
Give it a few weeks of mornings.
Step on daily, let the trend line build, and see whether it gives you a clearer picture than your old scale. If it doesn't, you're covered.
Frequently asked questions
Is the body fat percentage accurate?
It's an estimate, and we'd rather be straight with you: no home BIA scale matches a DEXA or InBody scan in absolute terms. Where it genuinely delivers is consistency — weigh in each morning, barefoot, before food or drink and not right after training, and the trend it draws is reliable. That direction is what tells you whether your plan is working.
Why do I have to be barefoot?
The four metal pads are electrodes. A tiny, imperceptible signal travels up one leg and down the other to estimate your composition, and socks or slippers block that contact. Bare feet, both fully on the pads, every time.
Does it work with my phone and my health apps?
It pairs over Bluetooth with the free companion app on iOS and Android, where all your metrics are charted with history and goals. Weight also shows instantly on the scale itself, with or without your phone nearby.
Can my whole family use it?
Yes — set up a separate profile for each person in the app and everyone's data stays on their own chart. Sharing one profile is the single most common reason people think their data looks wrong.
Why do my numbers move so much day to day?
Hydration, a big meal, salt and a hard workout all shift BIA readings, sometimes noticeably. That's normal and it's why the protocol matters: same time, same conditions, every morning. Look at the week, not the day.
Is it safe for everyone?
No — and this matters. Because it passes a small signal through the body, BIA is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device, or if you're pregnant. It's a wellness tool, not a medical device; check with your doctor if you're unsure.
Is it really HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes — body composition scales generally qualify as an eligible wellness expense, so you can put pre-tax health dollars toward it. Coverage can vary by plan, so it's worth a quick check with your administrator.
