Complete kit · soft loops included · 30-day guarantee
How it worksIt works like a seatbelt
Only the webbing you need comes out. The rest never leaves the housing.

Pull out what you need
Hook it, walk it over the load. No tail to wrap.

Ratchet it tight
Same ratchet, same tension as any strap.

Press — it rewinds
Releasing is the easy part now. It spools itself back in.
The differenceThe knot at the bottom of the toolbox
Left: every strap you own
Five minutes of untangling before the job even starts, then eight feet of loose tail flapping and fraying the whole drive home.
Right: nothing hanging out
Goes back in the bag the way it came out. That’s the whole pitch — time and tangle, not indestructibility.

Why people switchFour reasons, and none of them are hype
No excess webbing
Nothing flaps, nothing frays, nothing slaps your paint.
Loaded in minutes
No untangling. Deploy, tension, done — on your own.
Release is simple
Press the button. The part everyone hates is the easy part.
Soft loops in the box
Two of them, plus the bag. Usually a separate purchase.
Sound familiar? The three moments this exists for

The tangle
Straps come out of storage in a knot and the job starts with five minutes of untangling.

Doing it alone
6am, no help, one bike, two anchor points. Most people load solo — nobody designs for it.

Checking it at mile 20
Pulling over because you’re not sure the slack didn’t work itself free.
The numbers, stated properlyBreak strength and working load limit
Two different numbers. Plan your load against the second one — we’d rather tell you than let you find out.
“Doesn’t the spring make it weaker?”
No — the spring only handles slack
It manages the webbing you’re not using. It sits outside the load path.
The load runs where it always did
Through the ratchet and the webbing, exactly like a conventional strap.
And yes, it rewinds with real force
Pulse the release button, or keep the loose end hooked while it winds in. Ignore that once and you’ll only ignore it once.
On the jobWhat it holds down
In the box, not extraTwo soft loops, so nothing touches your paint
Wrap the loop around the handlebar or the frame and clip the hook into the loop — no metal on chrome, no bent bar, no scratched tank.
Most brands sell these separately. Here they’re in the box with the drawstring bag.

4.7 / 5 — 6,180 verified reviewsWhat haulers actually say
Hauled the Sportster home solo. Twelve minutes, no tail flapping.

Release button is the part I didn't know I needed.

Soft loops in the box saved me a second order.

Customer reviews4.7 out of 5, from real hauls
Twelve minutes start to finish. No tail flapping the whole way home.

Undoing a normal ratchet under load is the bit I hate. Not anymore.

Everyone else makes you buy them. Bag's handy too.

Snapped back at me the first time. Pulse the button and it's fine.

Held on the interstate without me stopping to check it twice.

Questions? We've got answersFrequently asked questions
Does the spring make it weaker than a normal strap?
No. The spring only manages the webbing you aren't using. The load runs through the ratchet and the webbing, exactly like a conventional strap.
What's the actual working load limit?
1,500 lb break strength per strap; working load limit is 500 lb, one third of break strength. Plan the load against the 500 lb figure.
Will the hook snap back at me?
It rewinds with real force. Pulse the release button, or keep the loose end hooked while it winds in. Do that and it's a non-issue.
Is 11 feet long enough?
Yes for a motorcycle, ATV, mower or appliance in a pickup bed or on a standard utility trailer. For a long flatbed run you'll want more than two straps regardless.
What's in the box?
Two auto-retracting ratchet straps, two soft loops, and the drawstring storage bag.
Why soft loops and do I need them?
They go around a handlebar or frame so the metal hook never touches paint or chrome. On a bike, use them.
Do the hooks have safety latches?
Yes — coated S-hooks with a spring latch, so they can't bounce off an anchor point on a rough road.
Shipping?
Ships in 24–48 hours with tracking, typically 5–7 business days in the US.
Cargo ControlCargo securement equipment. Break strength 1,500 lb per strap; working load limit 500 lb per strap — never load beyond the working load limit. Inspect webbing, hooks and stitching before every use and retire any strap that is cut, frayed, burned or deformed. Use enough straps and anchor points for your load and check your load after the first few miles of any trip.
