Hands stay free · heat · either wrist · 30-day guarantee
The difference, in one photographIt’s running right now
Every other one is a glove
Your hand goes inside a shell and stays there for the whole session. Which means you do it later. Which means the box ends up in a drawer.
This one wraps the wrist
All five fingers stay out and usable. Heat and gentle compression run while you type, hold your phone, turn a page or carry a child. It fits either wrist and you can slide it on one-handed.

What you can setHeat, modes, intensity
Start on the lowest setting. This isn’t a device you want to meet at full strength on the first go — the point is warmth and steady pressure, not intensity.
Putting it onThumb through the loop. Wrap. Press start.

Thumb through the loop
One-handed, which matters when the other one is the sore one.

Wrap it round and fasten
Snug, not tight. The velcro takes any wrist size.

Set it and forget it
Mode, heat and intensity from the small display on the back of your wrist.
Who ends up wearing onePeople who can’t just stop using their hands

The hobby you won’t give up
Crochet, knitting, sewing, drawing. Putting the hook down for six weeks isn’t a plan, it’s a loss.

Both arms already full
You cannot put your hand inside a machine while you’re holding a baby. You can wear this while you do.

Hands are the job
Keyboards, tools, instruments, a till. The rest everyone recommends is the one thing the day doesn’t allow.
Why this formatFour practical differences
Fingers stay free
Nothing over the palm or the fingers. You keep doing what you were doing.
Warmth where it’s stiff
Gentle heat across the wrist, three levels, on or off as you like.
Either wrist
One device, both sides. Most people’s two wrists don’t hurt equally.
Goes in a bag
Cordless and light. Desk, car, hotel, workshop.

A cross in our own column: if what you want is your whole hand and every finger massaged, a glove does that and this doesn’t.
Let's be straight with youWhat this is, and what it isn’t
It is a massager. Heat, compression and vibration around the wrist, for tired, stiff, aching hands after a long day. That’s what it does and that’s all we’re going to say it does.
It is not a medical device and not a treatment. Carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and tendinitis are real diagnoses that belong to you and your doctor. This doesn’t treat them, doesn’t cure them and won’t prevent them — and anyone telling you a $60 wrap will is selling you something.
It does not replace resting it. If your hand is telling you to stop, the honest answer is still to stop, and to get it looked at if it keeps happening.
Start low. Lowest intensity, shortest session, and build up only if it feels good. If it hurts, that’s not it working — take it off.

Wore it through a whole afternoon of typing. Never took my hands off the keys.

I crochet again in the evenings. That's what I bought it for.

My old one was a glove. It lived in a cupboard.

Customer reviews4.6 out of 5
Not because anything is fixed. Because I can have the heat on while I work.

Eight hours at a keyboard. I put it on after lunch and forget it's there.

The glove meant stopping. This doesn't, so I actually use it.

Went in too high on day one and it was unpleasant. Level two is lovely.

Both of mine ache. One device does both, on different days.

30Day guaranteeWear it through a working week. Then decide.
Put it on during the hours you actually have — at the desk, in the chair, on the sofa. If it isn’t comfortable or it isn’t helping, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Questions? We've got answersFrequently asked questions
Can I really use my hand while it’s on?
Yes — that's the reason it exists. It wraps the wrist and the base of the hand, so your fingers and palm are completely free. People wear it while typing, reading, scrolling and holding things.
Does it fit both wrists?
Yes. Thumb through the loop, wrap it round, fasten the velcro — it works the same on the left or the right, and the strap takes a wide range of wrist sizes.
How hot does it get?
Three heat levels, and it's warmth rather than heat — the kind you'd get from a warm compress. Start on the lowest and only go up if it feels good.
What intensity should I start on?
The lowest one, for a short session. This audience knows the difference between soothing and sore — if it stops feeling pleasant, turn it down or take it off.
Will it help my carpal tunnel / arthritis / tendinitis?
We can't answer that and we're not going to pretend we can. Those are medical conditions and the person to ask is your doctor or hand therapist. What this device does is apply warmth, gentle compression and massage to a tired, stiff wrist.
Can I sleep in it?
We don't recommend wearing it while you sleep. Use it while you're awake and can feel what it's doing, and take it off before bed.
Is it cordless?
Yes — you charge it and then use it untethered, which is why it works at a desk, in a car or on a sofa.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Speak to a doctor first if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a recent injury, fracture, surgery or open wound on the hand or wrist, have reduced skin sensation, circulatory problems or diabetes affecting the hands. Don't use it on skin that's broken, inflamed or numb.
What's shipping like?
Orders ship within 24–48 hours with tracking, typically 5–7 business days in the US.
