Let's be straight with youWhat this is, and what it isn’t
It’s a moisturiser, not a treatment. It softens and hydrates skin. It is not a medicine and it will not treat eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris or anything else — if that’s what you’re dealing with, see a doctor rather than buying a nicer lotion.
The tub is finger-dipped. That’s how a screw-lid tub works. Use clean dry hands, keep the lid on, and don’t leave it open on a steamy bathroom shelf.
The rich cream is genuinely rich. If you hate heavy textures, use the pump and keep the tub for elbows and knees at night. Don’t put the thick one on your whole body in July and then be annoyed with it.
Nothing here is going to change your skin overnight. Dry areas take a couple of weeks of consistent use. Anything promising more than that is selling you something.
