Let's start with the real problemFor a lot of women, the bra is why the workout doesn’t happen
Not a comfort issue. A participation issue.
Underwire digs. Compression flattens without lifting. And the ones that actually hold you cost eighty dollars and cut into your shoulders — so you wear two bras, or you skip the class you wanted to take.
You set this one yourself
Pull the two side bands forward until it’s exactly as locked in as you want. Fasten. Run.

How it worksSlip it on, pull the bands, fasten
The same pull does two jobs: it secures and lifts the bust, and it draws your shoulders back.

On like any top
No wire, no hooks behind your back, nothing to wrestle.

Pull the side bands
As tight as you want. That’s the whole adjustment.

Shoulders sit back
Same pull, second job. Nothing extra to put on.
One less thingYou already put a bra on. That’s the whole idea.
Almost every complaint about posture braces is the same complaint: it’s one more device. It cuts under the arms, it’s visible under a shirt, it fastens where you can’t reach — so it ends up in a drawer.
This is the garment you were going to wear anyway. Nothing over it, nothing under it, nothing to remember.
Let's be straight with youA cue, not a cure
Physical therapists are right. Nothing you wear fixes posture — muscles do that. Wear anything supportive all day and do nothing else, and you’re not building the strength you need.
So here’s how this is meant to be used: part of the day — your workout, your desk hours — alongside movement, not instead of it. It reminds your shoulders where to sit. That’s the honest claim, and it’s the one owners describe: “my chiropractor could just tell my shoulders weren’t as tight.”
And slouching isn’t always weakness. Often it’s habit — which is exactly what a reminder is for.
Not a medical device. It doesn’t treat back pain, scoliosis or any condition. If you’re dealing with pain or a diagnosis, speak to your doctor or physio.
Why it works day to dayFour things it fixes
No underwire
Lift without the wire that digs, pokes and eventually breaks through.
You set the tension
Not fixed at the factory. Crank it for a run, ease it for a desk day.
Breathable mesh
A compression bra gets hot. This one is built to move air.
Pads in or out
One garment, two levels of coverage — lifter or minimiser.
Where women wear itThree days it changes

The session you skipped
Boxing, running, the class you kept putting off because of what it does to your chest.

Eight hours at a desk
Under a shirt, nothing bulky, shoulders reminded where to sit.

An ordinary day
Errands, housework, school run — comfortable enough that you forget it.
Sizing — read this bitIt’s S–XXL, not cup sizing
Almost every bad review in this category starts with the wrong size. So: measure, and if you’re between two, size up. Exchanges are free for 30 days.

Honest limit: if you need true bra-sized encapsulation at the top of the range, that’s a different product and we’d rather tell you now than take your order.
Set it once, in front of a mirror
- Put it on and settle everything in the cups. Nothing tucked toward the armpit.
- Pull both side bands forward evenly until it feels held, not squeezed.
- Breathe in fully. If you can’t, ease off — tighter is not more supportive.
- Fasten, then check the shoulder straps. They should carry no digging weight.
Most people who say a bra like this “didn’t work” never adjusted it properly, or were one size off.

Yes — there’s a cross in our own column. A bra-sized encapsulation bra will out-fit this at the top of the range, and we’d rather say so.
4.8 / 5 — 7,340 verified reviewsWhat women actually say
Went back to boxing. First time in two years I didn't think about it.

No wire digging. I stopped wearing two bras.

Desk job. Shoulders don't ache by 4pm anymore.

Customer reviews4.8 out of 5, from real training weeks
Two years of skipping it. Cranked the side bands and just trained.

One bra instead of two, and nothing digs.

Not magic. It just keeps reminding me to sit up.

Runs small. Exchanged M for L and it's perfect now.

Nobody could tell. That was the whole point for me.

Questions? We've got answersFrequently asked questions
Does a posture bra actually do anything?
It cues, it doesn't cure. The side bands hold your shoulders in a better position so you notice when you slouch. Muscles do the fixing — wear it part of the day and keep moving.
Will it weaken my back muscles?
It would if you wore it all day and did nothing else. That's why we say part-time: your workout and your desk hours, alongside movement.
Will it hold a large bust?
That's what the side tension bands are for — you pull them as tight as you want, which fixed-support bras can't do. Honest limit: it's S–XXL, not cup sizing, so at the very top of the range a bra-sized encapsulation bra will fit better.
Will the straps dig into my shoulders?
They shouldn't — the side bands carry the load, not the shoulder straps. If your straps are digging, the bands aren't tight enough or you're one size off.
How do I size it? I'm between sizes.
Measure your underbust and bust against the chart above. Between two sizes, size up. Exchanges are free for 30 days, so it costs you nothing to be wrong.
Can I breathe in it?
Yes, if you set it properly. Tighter is not more supportive — take a full breath while adjusting and ease off if you can't.
Will it show through a shirt?
No. It's flat under clothes, which is the main reason people use it instead of a posture brace.
Can I take the pads out?
Yes, both are removable. Pads in for coverage and shape, pads out for a minimiser feel.
How do I wash it?
Cold hand wash or a delicates bag, no fabric softener, air dry. Machine heat is what kills the elastic in any bra.
ActivewearActivewear garment. Not a medical device: it does not treat, cure or prevent back pain, scoliosis, kyphosis or any other condition, and no health outcome is claimed. Posture support is a reminder to be worn part of the day alongside movement and strengthening — not a substitute for either. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or experiencing pain, consult your doctor or physiotherapist before use. Sizing is S–XXL, not cup sizing. Reviews reflect individual experiences.
