What you get
Rolls beside you, locks, and makes room for the trip home
- 8 double spinner wheels. Two wheels at each corner turn in every direction, so you can push it beside you through the airport or the hotel hallway instead of dragging it behind you.
- A handle at every height. The metal telescoping handle locks at 3 heights. A top handle and a side handle help you lift it into the trunk or onto the bed.
- TSA lock with a 3-digit combination. Agents can open it with their key if they need to inspect your bag.
- Zip expansion. Open it on the way home for the souvenirs, zip it closed again when you don’t need it.

The common US carry-on limit is 22 x 14 x 9 in, wheels and handles included. The 20 in case measures 22.4 x 14.9 x 9.4 in: a little over on every side. On a strict flight it may have to be gate-checked, so check your airline’s size rules before you fly.

Will the 20 in fit in the overhead bin?
It may not on a strict flight. The common US carry-on limit is 22 x 14 x 9 in, wheels and handles included, and the 20 in case measures 22.4 x 14.9 x 9.4 in. Check your airline’s rules; you may have to gate-check it. Keep it zipped closed (not expanded) for the cabin.
Is the shell polycarbonate or aluminum?
Neither. It is ABS, a hard plastic, with a fine-grain textured surface and horizontal ridges. Like any hard-shell suitcase, it can pick up scuffs with use.
How do the wheels handle cobblestones?
Each corner has a double spinner wheel, 8 wheels in total. Spinners roll best on smooth floors like airports, stations and hotels. On cobblestones or rough sidewalks, tip the case and pull it on its back wheels.
How does the TSA lock work?
It is a 3-digit combination lock with a TSA keyhole. TSA agents can open it with their key if they need to inspect your bag.
Which size should I choose?
